HAB6 – Call for Student Experiments
Science Heads has announced that it is accepting proposals for student designed experiments for it’s upcoming High Altitude Balloon (HAB6) launch. All Middle School and High School students in Orange County are invited to participate under the supervision of their educator and/or parents.
Students may conduct experiments that Science Heads has designed or submit original experiments. The guidelines for submitting original proposals are available below.
The Science Heads High Altitude Research Project (HARP) is designed to give students a real world experience building and carrying out scientific experiments. It is offered with the assistance of the National Weather Service (NWS/NOAA), American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) – Orange County Section, and the South Orange Amateur Radio Association (SOARA).
Students may participate in several tracks. Details about the HARP program are posted at: http://scienceheads.org/high-altitude-research-program-harp/
